Terrible company. No support. The 149 a month is just for a membership which is just an app. Then they charge 149 for medication until your medication gets raised to a level that actually works then it goes up double. Do not pay 149 for an app that doesn’t even have a chat live agent. When you do finally get someone through email they will tell you how to cancel your subscription if you have an issue. Trash company and waste of money

I didn't realize that they charge $149 a month membership fee + $149 or more for the medication each month. They didn't make it clear when I enrolled. I immediately canceled, but I couldn't cancel my first membership and shipment, even tho it was within a few hours that I canceled my membership. Just be aware. You can get real glp-1's through your personal doctor for only $149 monthly. Which I will be doing next month.

So far, Ro was responsive and easy to work with. Their process and logistics seem to work well.
