Don’t do it they are scammers. First you hardly lose weight and they say one time fee 39 but after that they bill you 138 a month separately from meds which are 150 a cheapest point! Paying a membership fee for what? They do nothing for you want a joke

Ordered a fertility kit. Was told results would be available in 1-3 days. Got a timely email that my results were ready. Logged into the portal, no results. There is no way to contact this company via phone. Found some community page I was added to by default and found customers who have been experiencing the same issue for over 8 months. Engineering team has not prioritized this? This is a sensitive test for women who are trying to understand their fertility. This is hugely disappointing and you are lying to your customers.

This was so uncomplicated. Just answer some questions, pay for initial doctor review, then pay for prescription. Once reason I selected RO is because they are upfront with their prices and the prescription is a branded Eli Lilly product. The RO app is easy to use. Wish I had looked into this earlier. It took about 4 days to receive, and delivered to my door.
