I’m so thankful to Ro for helping me get my glp weight loss meds.

Ro tricked me by approving me for medication for 6 months at low price with $39 for the first month. Once I went on to answer more questions the price increased and I can only get a low price for 12 months. I did not really want to be tied into a long subscription. I am disappointed with the bait and switch tactics.

I have not taken my first dose of medication. This review is for the sign-up process. It was extremely easy and Ro was in constant communication with updates (without being asked). I was able to find out what Medication plans my insurance would cover and what Medications would be idea for my goals, pre-existing/current health issues, body type etc. All the explanations of the medications were very clear. I was sent my at home lab-kit for a blood draw which was VERY easy (the only part I paused at was the finger prick, but it was honestly nothing - no more pain than a papercut). My labs were updated with a full chemistry panel explaining everything to me. After selecting from the medications that were available to me, I received it in less than 48 hours. The entire process from sign-up, online questionnaire, checking insurance, test kit, results, and medication to my door was about 10 days. I have NOT started my medication yet as I am waiting to take it on a weekend in the event I have any nausea/side effects, but the Ro process was excellent. Highly recommend.

I paid the first$39 for absolutely nothing and then got charged $149 2 days later and there's no customer service at all and apparently no refunds even though I tried multiple times to stop my order while it was processing before it was shipped and my emails are still unanswered wtf. no

Ro is so much different than a competitor that I almost went with. Communication is excellent. They are quick to respond to my inquiries. Thorough review of my medical history and prescriptions and supplements that I take. I think the price of the subscription is a little high considering that it is monthly and does not include the medication. No insurance, so it is all out of pocket. It will be worth it if it works.

Great people who are wonderfully helpful. I will be a client for a long long time.
