Very easy to use Fast response Helpful and highly recommended

You pay for a membership not just prescriptions and if you cancel prescriptions they charge you 150 for a membership even though you aren’t using any services. What a scam!!

I like how easy it is to get in touch with a provider. I think it could be more transparent that the subscription is just access to the doctors not for any medication.

Ro charged me $39 special price , but got charged $149, not sure where the savings is

I signed up for Ro and it was not clear that the membership did not included the medication. I was a member for 5 minutes and canceled but did get my $39 refunded. The plan is $149 a month on top of the medication.

Good communication, valuable questionnaire to determine if a GLP 1 would work for me and fast pharmacy and delivery. Great communication since and excellent written instructions.

Easy process. Answer a few questions and your provider will contact you. In few minutes you can find out if you are approved and what program is right for you.
