The pricing on promotions was…
The pricing on promotions was confusing. It seemed like the first month was $39 not $39 plus the medication cost.

Super fast and convenient
I requested Wegovy/Zepbound through Ro on Friday after my PCP turned me down (no comorbidities) —despite my MyChart listing me as obese. By Tuesday, my medication was chilled and in my fridge. As a hospital pharmacist, I know how brutal GLP-1 logistics and delays usually are. Getting a script reviewed, processed, and cold-chain delivered in two business days is practically unheard of. Incredible service!

I received the wrong dosage
I received the wrong dosage. I was previously taking 10 ml. Can I get the difference mailed to me without paying addition?
