I never order my last shipment. I have sent emails and texts but get no response. My subscription has been canceled for 6 months. I looked into what the cost were but didn’t have the funds at the time so I did not order. But then all of a sudden after two weeks and getting emails saying they will give me 15% offf shipping they charged my account. Leaving me with no funds in my account. Total bullshit.

Well, it is easy to get service and quickly fill a prescription, there are quite a few hidden fees” membership costs “would not recommend.

The start up could use some tweaking!! Better explanation of charges forth coming and the app that will need to be installed. Both took me by surprise and at first I cancelled service until someone told me that was correct to begin with. I’m now back sign up and ready to get started on my new journey.

The company is good until you go to cancel. I cancelled my medications, and they continued to bill me. I contacted them, and they said they can see that I cancelled the medications but not my membership. The only reason I have a membership is for the medication. They make you have it. I didn't know they were separate. They refused to refund me my money, so now I have a useless membership fo the next 3 months.
