RJL Technology IntegrationReviews of rjltechnologies.com

Purchased several items and contracts from RJL the last year. Always courteous and positive. Products delivered as promised when promised. Quickly becoming one of our go to vendors.

Omar is awesome! He goes above and beyond my expectations. He ensures customer satisfaction each and every time I call upon him. Omar is pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was pointed to RJL from another company with an equal solution to what I needed. I was greeted by Omar Mathews who from that point has gone out of his way to help me with everything I could possibly throw at him. I have a few great products from RJL now and they always came through under other companies that I would normally purchase the same items from. This is a terrific company and hope to work with them in the future.

Accurate description and they shipped quickly. I'll use them again.

They have great prices. Website is easy to navigate. Customer Service is awesome. They are friendly and courteous and go that extra step. I will be using them again and recommend everyone else do the same. Keep up the great work RJL.

Very easy company to deal with. Great communication and very nice staff. Prices are excellent as well. Thanks RJL Tech!!

It has been a long time since I felt that a company really cared about my business. Omar of RJL really went the extra mile and was friendly, courteous and provided exceptional customer service from my initial call. It was truly a pleasure to do business with RJL. Thank you Omar!

In looking for a specific Zebra S4M series(out of production) printer (because of compatibility risk otherwise), and I needed one the next day (Murphy's law made this the Friday before Christmas), and two more as backups at this point. I placed an order with RJL on the website. Within a few minutes Omar contacted me with the fact that the printer was no longer in stock, but also had checked directly with Zebra as to what printers in that series was still available. Since the alternative was more expensive, I told him I would look around and see if I can find the original. I did on BarcodeInc's website (listed as in stock). I happily placed the order there and cancelled the original order with RJL. About 6 hours later (towards the end of the day) I get a call from BarcodesInc with the person just dryly informing me they don't sell that printer any more, no they won't look for alternates in that series but I can try my luck with the next generation. "Trying my luck" when it's a business critical printer is not the low risk approach one takes.... So at around 4:40pm I called Omar back and asked if I can still get the S4M series through RJL. He actually called Zebra, made sure that one can be drop shipped ASAP, and then the next business day I actually had the correct printer. This is the right (thoughtful) customer service, not just having some soulless person take orders and have no capacity to think or reach when the slightest thing out of the ordinary happens! I am writing this as both thanks for him going the extra mile and as a difference between vendors. Hope it will be useful information to someone in the future. David
