Dear RJL, It was my mistake in giving a bad review. I misread my bank statement and you were right. I want to apologize for my mistake and wanted to post as soon as possible. You are a very reputable company and once again I apologize.

Mr. Demetrio, We regret that you have a customer waiting for the printer. However, there are some details that also need to be addressed regarding your review: Your credit card was not charged; it was authorized to ensure that the credit was available, and that the transaction was not fraudulent. We only charge the card after a product is shipped. When you placed the order on our site, it showed the item was not in stock; further, two representatives alerted you that the item would have most likely a long lead time, since the item has been discontinued by Epson. We have no control over what you might have told your customer; but all the relevant information you needed regarding your purchase was provided to you. You are ordering a product that epson has end of lifed. please look at the following for details. http://blog.rjltechnologies.com/lx300ii-end-of-life/ published on Dec 5, 2013 @ 20:55. We hope to continue to work together. Undoubtedly, you purchased from us because you recognized that we were the lowest priced vendor online, with free ground ship and we always strive to deliver items as quickly as possible. If it makes you feel better to blame us. Please do so by using factually correct information.

The team at RJL Technology was super responsive to my requests, very knowledgable, and were able to help me find exactly what I needed. They also followed up with links via email so I could easily find my product on their site for when I was ready to purchase it. Intially we were just looking for some rf terminals to replace the existing ones that we have in our warehouse and the problem was that we needed more than just the RF terminals. The workflow was too complicated. Val helped scope out the project and introduced us to a simple off the shelf software that with minor tweeking worked perfectly with our older mainframe system. We now regularly use RJL for anything barcode related.
