A Credit Union that is more like family

I've been with this credit union for…
I've been with this credit union for many years, from when it was SCE Federal Credit Union until today, when it's Rize Credit Union. I'm very satisfied with their services.

Great Customer Service is the bomb
I've always had great customer experience at the Sahara location in Las Vegas. Before the main change, the other staff were friendly, but not very intimate with the customers, meaning really getting to know them or when we would come in, they would know us by name. And I'm not saying they need to know every customer but if you're coming in on a regular, they should greet you and know you by name. Since the name change I have received excellent customer service and help and great advice. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted as, Mrs. Smith, hello Mrs. Smith, welcome back, how are you and how was the family. When I loss my daughter #AdoreBre in April of this year, they took the time to hear my story and a few customers that were standing around listened and that really touch my heart and let me know that they cared about their customers. GREAT SERVICE! #AdoreBre

Love the service at Rize CU

Everytime I walk into Rize CU, I am greeted by everyone. The cashiers are always smiling and happy to help.
