Rize Credit UnionReviews of rizecu.com

Great customer service over the phone and in person.

I've been a member for years, and it has always been and extremely excellent experience for me.

With every interaction with a staff member they exceed my expectations. And the mobile app is GREAT. I can do 99% of my business that way.

I don't like banks. So I decided to try a union bank. Been with Rize for 10 years back when it was sce credit union. They're quick with alerting you of fraud. Im glad I found this bank.

Closed the henderson branch, communication is poor. I heard another henderson branch was opening but no communication. It’s hard to get to a branch. I appreciate the 7/11 atms

Customer is service is great always a pleasure to be in the beautiful bank and I love environment
