Great price and quick shipping, brand-new item in flawless condition

Came in 2 days.

Ordered outdoor holiday lights. One of the few companies that had the ones we were looking for. Arrived in a timely manner in good condition.

My order was canceled without any explanation.

Looking for a Christmas tree of our liking gave us a lot of choices to look at.

Excellent customer service

I didn’t receive an order number. I ordered it on 1020 as far as I know it hasn’t shipped on 1022. I’ve paid $30 for shipping to do business with a small business instead of Amazon but now I’m regretting it because my items haven’t shipped. I don’t have my order number the website, clunky And I’ve paid $30 dollars in shipping and it hasn’t even shipped so at this point I wanna cancel my order. And I would appreciate a response to this review

Everything was great just hard to pay shipping and wait more than a day or two in the age of Amazon. Would buy from here again. They have an extra small Grohe faucet that I didn’t see elsewhere- I really didn’t see any XS faucets but the one I bought fits perfectly.
