Item came quickly and as described. Customer service was very helpful and quickly got back to me about a question I had and even followed up with me after. I’m very happy with the product and service and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again.

Riverbend Home offers upper end products for the holidays at a great price. The website is also very easy to navigate.

The tree I ordered was very poor quality, and on returning I had to pay an extra fee to put it back in you stock? I will not be doing business with you again can’t afford it, lost money on this purchase and ended up with nothing ,feel like I was cheated for sure

Horrible customer service! I did not like the design of the clock & they made it impossible to return.
