The copper vessel sink bowl is a good bit smaller than the dimensions listed so that is disappointing. Your comments state 18.5" x 12" outside measurements however the actual on mine is barely 18" by 11" and these are the outside measurements. So I am not happy with the size differance. But the copper color very nice.

I have NOT received my purchase and within days of ordering it got a notice that it would not be available until the first full week of the new year! I do not understand why it was even 'available' to order. I ordered it 2 days after Thanksgiving. I do NOT understand this! To me this is unacceptible. Hopefully the recipient will understand & totally love the product. If not I will be very upset!

Well, it's been 10 days since my order was confirmed and I'm still wondering if my order will actually ship.

The merchant requests you review your experience even before your item ships. Order was placed on 10/25. It is now 11/3. I ignored the first request for review on 10/27. What am I reviewing? How I feel about the delay? I think running a business is tough. I don’t mind the delay at all, but you couldn’t program the website to send me this reminder after I receive the product? “The expected ship date has changed for the unshipped item(s) from your Riverbend Home Order. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your business. If you have any questions about this update, please call us at 855.438.8585 or email us at help. Our regular customer service hours are Monday through Friday: 9AM - 6PM (ET).”

When I ordered it said 1-3 day shipping and I waited 2 weeks.

I’m extremely disappointed with their shipping process. I ordered a sofa and two accent chairs. They split the order between two separate carriers and while the sofa is arriving (hopefully) within a timely manner, there’s no easy way to find the ETA for the accent chairs. When I called the carrier, and this is after going in circles to find a tracking number, they said it might arrive Monday, but it could also be Tuesday or Wednesday. That would be almost 2 weeks from the order date. Customer service is friendly, but I can’t understand why they’d break up an order and have it delivered on separate days. I can only hope that I actually receive the items now. I would not order from here again. Many of the items they sell can be found on other reputable retailers with implied shipping policies.

We do apologize for the delay. Based on available inventory at the manufacturer’s warehouse, your order shipped from two different locations. This can happen on occasion. We did experience a delay at the second warehouse. We are working with that manufacturer as we strive to provide prompt delivery service. We do appreciate your kind words regarding our customer service team as pride ourselves on customer care. We hope you will consider Riverbend Home again.

Misleading website information, support is unhelpful either. Went to their website and a window popped up to subscribe and receive 10% off your fist order, did that, got the code that didn't work when checking out on the full price item, contacted support, they said to look at the email i received with the subscription code, they sent a ton of "exclusions " that don't work for most of the decent stuff you want to purchase. Just providing misleading information to get you hooked in, as most people don't unsubscribe from them later and just get their inbox flooded with junk.
