The product is great. The affiliate payout system needs a lot of work. The 90 days to waiting time is too long and it does not honor the normal standard EEOC and DFEH and DOL laws for payments scheduled of either weekly, bi weekly or monthly for California & USA affiliates. The reason for this is that affiliate income is taxable income by the IRS.

I really liked my ritual vitamins, but was very turned off by the customer service when I tried to pause my subscription. I had three poor email exchanges with a AI agent before they let me communicate with a human. They ultimately didn’t honor my request, and sent vitamins I don’t need. Not planning to subscribe again any time soon.

I was unhappy with the product and after getting thru the AI responses, a real person responded and agreed to a refund.

Great products. I've been using the pregnancy and postpartum multivitamin and protein powder for 6 weeks and love it. I initially thought the protein powder was giving me GI distress, but it hasn't in the past 2 weeks. Good flavor and mixes well with a smoothie. You really have to shake it if you are just mixing it in a shaker.

I have been taking the over 50 vitamins. They are great. I’m recovering from cancer surgery and the B vitamins are so necessary. Love the mint in taking the vitamins! I highly recommend!

Ritual is such a good company. I love their vitamins.

Very expensive supplements. I wish they were more affordable. There is also a heavy lemon taste.
