It's been less than a year since my first purchase of the Women's Multivitamins 18+ and I am so glad because I have noticed that my immune system has been doing so much better as the vitamins give your body other nutrients that regular meals do not give you. Also, I love the $34.00 subscription I get. I hope the price never increases because right now, I can pay that much every month.

I will not be using Ritual again. I previously had loyalty to your company because of the quality of ingredients and customer service - however after my credits are used up I will not be returning. This company focuses a little too much on marketing and extra scams to tack up prices. I already completed my order on mobile, and somehow your system added the extra "post-purchase offer" - which was a rip off to begin with. I immediately emailed your CX and was told the order was already being processed (mind you it was 9PM PST). I emailed back and asked to cancel, and then a few hours later I saw a label was created. The product was not received that day either - its been over 24 hours and USPS is still waiting for the package. All I received was a $10 credit. I will not be recommending Ritual to anyone moving forward.

Received products on time with no problems

They charged me $108 for a product or service that I didn't order. In fact, I'd never even heard of Ritual.com until this morning when my wife saw the debit charge. I signed in using my gmail.com address and saw that there is an account associated with it. I clicked on "Order History" to see what they claim I ordered. The page showed no orders at all. Since I didn't make an order, I have no order number. Contacted their help chatbot and sent them an email. (Also, I am not John as shown at the top of this review. I'm his father.)

I have flagged this company with my credit card. They are scammers. They turn a one time purchase into a monthly subscription. Buyer beware. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will be getting my money back.
