BUYER BEWARE — MY EXPERIENCE WITH RITUAL I paid $400+ for an 8-month supply last month. This month, my card was charged another $400+ for another 8-month supply that I did not expect. The order was sent to an old address, so I never received it. When I requested a refund, I was told they would have refunded it if it were my first month. I’m extremely disappointed. Please check your subscription carefully before ordering from Ritual.

They wont let you cancel. When you do finally USE AI to find where to cancel they send you through a series of tricky questions to keep you active. Then they wont let you delete your card on file. No response from customer service. Product doesnt work.
