Be careful because Ritual will sign you up for subscription without you knowing, or in a way that’s not transparent! The only reason I found out is because I logged in my account and was surprised to see I have another delivery coming. Also, if you want to review their product on their website it’s nearly impossible. Also, the fish taste is so intense. After taking the vitamin - fish burps, taste lingers for hours. I really wanted to love this brand but disappointed.

Updated rating to 3 stars from 1: I finally heard back and my shipment is on its way. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because my shipment was delayed two weeks and I highly doubt I would have received it unless I reached out as many times as I did. However, they apologized and gave me a refund on the order, which I appreciate. Original review: My delivery is a week late (and counting) and customer service hasn't done anything about it. I've reached out three times, and each time, they assure me that my order is coming, even though it STILL hasn't shipped. I'm sure it's not the fault of the customer service agents, but Ritual should remove the notion that they have customer service at all.

Worse company ever - and btw there are no Google reviews! surprise surprise Unfortunately, I didn't thought to check them here as they seemed legit. So, they set up a direct debit with my CREDIT CARD to receive an order monthly. Then they kept charging me 30 pounds per month out of my credit card. I tried to cancel the subscription but couldn't find it. I emailed them and they said they cannot see me being a customer with them. So, I got in touch with my bank to cancel the direct debit to be sure. Guess what! They still charged my credit card, God knows how! I had to destroy my credit card and ask for a replacement following the bank's suggestion.. Avoid at all costs - plenty of far better options out there.

After placing my initial order, I didn't realize I had signed up for a recurring subscription. I reached out on the day Ritual billed me and was only refunded half my order since I didn't like the product, but was told once the order processed, they could not issue a refund for the other half of my order. Customer service via the chat bubble was a bit slow and I had to reiterate a couple questions. Finding the "Cancel Subscription" button had to be done by scrolling down a bit on my Profile, and the reminder email they sent 3 days before billing me was sent at midnight to my "Promotions" email section so I didn't see it till I was billed. All in all, I'm feeling disappointed with the way the Subscription is hidden and feel I would be happier if there was an option to only order from them without committing to a Subscription.

Do NOT contact this scam company.. i made an account and less then 30 min later i found out that they did not have shipping to my country.. Then i asked for them to close my account and now few weeks later they still won't close my account

Vitamins were fine enough, but they deceptively sign you up for a subscription when it appears you are only purchasing one order. From there, it is difficult to navigate to the cancellation screen and their FAQ on their website does not direct you to the correct screen. These are disturbing early 2000's era tactics that don't deserve a place in the modern marketplace.

Was supposed to arrive over an hour ago but yet giving delivery estimates for in the past. Changed delivery drivers 3 times so now the food will be cold. So unorganized, won't be ordering through this again.

Terrible customer service. The subscription service is a total scam. It started at around 30-something dollars, then up to $40, $45, $50 and NOW it's $54 a month. When I look on the website it says it's only $37 dollars. Note that $54 adds up fast because, that's $648 a year if it stayed at $54 a month, but seeing how the price has been rising for a while now without noticing, it will likely rise again and again. So much for being a "loyal" customer. You'll just be the swindled customer. This site is a scam. I will no longer be doing business with them. I don't even notice much of a change when taking the product either. The website the pills have little dots in them, whenever I get them they don't have them. Not sure if they are bad.
