This company touts that they have great products but their customer service is anything but good. I reached out to complain about an offensive marketing and days went by and did not hear anything from them even after I followed up. I am concerned about their lack of response to customer complaint.

Today, I went to order a gift set, and it’s no longer available. Now we have to start looking for another company to order from.

Shady business practices. Unwillingness to stand behind their products with a money-back guarantee once you are charged for a subscription. This company has no concern for customer satisfaction. Their "return policy" is just a cover on their website for your first order. Bad UI experience making it hard to cancel.

My wife ordered pre-natal choline pills from them. She ordered 3 bottles since she had a promo. 30 days later she receives 3 more bottle. She called to return since she didn’t order any more of them. She tried calling, there is no phone number. After emailing, she finds out they deceptively signed her up for a subscription. Why would one person need a 3 month subscription. She then said she wanted to use their 30 day return policy. They informed her it was only in the original order. They use very deceptive business practices. Needless to say we’ll not be customer. Filling a dispute with our credit card company.

Watch out for unexpected charges and extra shipments of vitamins without prior notice. I canceled my subscription initially due to questioning the value of the vitamins. However, they offered me a 30% discount, so I decided to give it another try. I changed the delivery date from April 28th to April 19th. To my surprise, my card was charged on both April 19th and April 20th, with the latter being the full price. I'm still puzzled by this error, but it's something to be cautious about with this company. Despite their mistake, they refused to issue a refund. Be careful when dealing with them.

Absolutely horrible!!! If u don’t mind spending an arm and a leg for heart burn and hours of burping - u might like this product. Otherwise - Hard Pass on this one! Plus, they don’t honor their refund policy or have it cleverly hidden in language like “certain circumstances” 🫤. The only way to purchase is via subscription - so by the time u try to cancel u r already knee deep in fishy flavored burps 🤮. Too bad - it sounded so good 😵.

Please don’t buy on this site! If I could give them less stars I would. I bought 2 pregnancy protein powders to try them out and they signed me to a subscription. A month later I realised they had charged me another 90 euro and were processing 2 more protein powders. The protein I have isn’t even finished and it doesn’t agree with me. They claim money back guarantee but won’t refund my money. I’m fuming they’ve literally left me out of pocket and will send product I can’t use. I’m pregnant and can’t be losing out on money!

WORST website and HORRIBLE customer support experience! Unclear this is a subscription service you sign up for, almost zero communication, and where they mention it is in tiny light grey text. I then reached out to their customer service to get a refund (thought its a one of purchase, only to realize they have charged me again and sent another bottle of their awful product), after so many back and forths with rude and condescending support person (Jan), I was given no refund or helpful solution (offering me credit if you cant refund me for example) AVOID AT ALL COST!
