First, let me say that I did use the Protein 18+ for nearly two years. I liked the flavor, clean ingredients, the convenience of the subscription. That's where the positives end, though. I meant to cancel my subscription, as it no longer fits our needs. I forgot (ya know, life, work, kids, etc) and the order was processed. I immediately emailed the company, to which they said *no*, they wouldn't be canceling OR refunding. Read the fine print -- they allow returns IF it's your first order only. Everything about this company is shady. It's difficult to find how to cancel your subscription, it's challenging to get them to answer questions. Don't let half-baked marketing fool you, find another company to support.

I recently ordered the stress relief supplements and had digestive side effects, so I reached out for a refund within the 30 day policy. The customer service was extremely slow and they refused to refund me with no explanation. Very disappointing experience and will never order from this company again.

Beware this company scams customers. I purchased a protein powder and became pregnant a few weeks later. It makes me gag so I wasn’t planning on purchasing it anymore. They charged my credit card for a second order without send me an email, a text or any kind of notification. I noticed the pending credit card charge so I contacted them immediately and they refused to refund me even though the order had not shipped and they had never sent me an order confirmation or any kind of warning that they were sending another order. The falsely claimed that I had not signed up for order notifications yeah that’s not a joke. That’s exactly what they said believe it or not. This company is horrible beware do not order from them.

They have not been able to ship the 50+ multi vitamins since mid April. Blaming high demand and supply chain issues. They just pushed out my delivery again for the 4th time. More excuses. So today I canceled my subscription. This is a terrible company and something is going on here. Not sure if they lost some approvals or are in financial trouble. Stay away from this company!

Shady business that tricks you into overpriced subscriptions. Stay away unless you want to end up paying $1 per "snake oil" vitamins.

Awful customer service. I was a subscription customer for over 3 1/2 years (spending over $1200 with their company). I cancelled my subscription based on no longer needing the vitamins. The day AFTER I cancelled my subscription, they shipped me another bottle. When I asked to return / refund they directed me to a FaQ page and said they couldn’t offer a courtesy refund. They let a measly $30 stand in the way of allowing a long time customer leave with a good customer service experience. A real shame. TBH- the vitamins were just OK. Not good, not awful.

We HATE the obnoxious "Ritual.com" ad. Our family watches documentaries on youtube and whenever Ritual ad comes up, I have to shut down TV, bec its totally inappropriate. No parent should allow themselves to be portraid in such a crude, aggressive, toxic manner. Already media is full of unhealthy, hateful messages. Why would a supplement company add to the negativity? Aren't they trying to promote health & wellbeing?
