Band was shipped in the wrong size I ordered 20 mm and got 18mm. Never received a reply from my email inquiry. If I could get a response and resolve I'd rate at a 4 star .

Watch band arrived soon after ordered and was easy to install. Not happy with the quality of the leather, but it is serviceable and I expect many years of use.

The Ritche watchband far exceeded my expectations. It is the classic alligator style with chrome hardware. The best feature is the built-in band rods that make installation a breeze. I am going to order another one and give an old watch a makeover.

Excellent band A+++

The band itself is nice but the quick release pin isn't strong or sturdy enough and would occasionally pop off the watch. I put the pin from my original watch band into the Ritche band and now no issues.

Nice classic leather watchband. Have been wearing it for a few months now.

The band fit my watch perfectly. A little stiff at first but loosened up quickly with ware.Quality watch band at a fair price.
