ritchewatchbands.comReviews of ritchewatchbands.com

I live in Alaska, the company is based in California. The products looked awesome so I made a purchase only to receive an email saying they couldn’t ship to Alaska. They should have stated such on their website

I still haven't received them to give a decent review. It's been almost 2 weeks now!

Quick delivery.

I searched everywhere for a black band for my Samsung Galaxy watch. This was the only website that had a black band. It fits perfectly and is super comfortable.

Easy to follow website. Good prices. Excellent delivery time. Customer service is good. I ordered 3 watches and would order from here again based on the service.

I received my watch bands about a week after I ordered them. They are very attractive and look nice with my watch. I love the spring bar latch thingy in them for easy on and off without tools. When I pointed out that the website still displayed buy one get one free, which I am guessing now was an expired promotion, they gave me some extra bands to honor that. Overall, no complaints here.

Wrong color band was shipped. Although phone number is a California number, the band was shipped from China. I emailed them on Friday, so will see how long it takes for them to respond and to see how they handle the return and refund request.

Easy to order and easy to install. Very nice quality.
