Shipping took a long time.I wish the products by this company would have been easier to size and order from Amazon. that would have saved the 3 week wait for the shipping. I like the product.

I found Ritche after an extensive search for quality products with great reviews and thought to try them - After ordering I realized I had ordered one band of three the wrong size I reached out and was contacted within hours by Suzi assuring me she would take care of it and send the correct size instead - within days Suzi had fixed my error, refunded me for My mistake and sent my order within days Through out the experience I felt Suzi was taking care of my order personally . I sent her a note when I received my straps to thank her for her customer service and attention to detail . I have ordered an addition 3 straps since then and can’t wait to receive them . The quality and description is exactly as advertised , which I completely appreciate.
