Customer service from the chat function to the customer service on the phone was very professional and very helpful. I was impressed with my entire experience from start to finish. Great experience buying online. The local store did not carry what I wanted and they hesitated to even follow up with me when they said they would. As my day was getting closer. I got online and the sales lady apologized on behalve and assured me to purchase it and if I did not like it. Send it back. She sent me additional pictures of my choice. Long story. When the ring came, it was elegant. More important is that SHE SAID YES.
