The store where I pick up the diamond treat me with their arrogant，snobish and tired smile. Anyway I was just pick up the stone nothing to do with their business though. However the diamond is great. I love it， so beautiful !

The rings are absolutely beautiful and I love them. I will say though online the diamonds on the setting look much bigger so when seen in person I was almost disappointed at first glance. I had to gain a new appreciation for them as is. The online picture is a bit deceiving even with the HD view. But overall I think the rings are gorgeous!

So although there was a slight complication with what I ordered, Ritani immediately emailed me and called my cellphone to let me know. They helped me understand what the issue was and how to fix it and honestly saved me from making a possibly huge mistake while ordering my ring so I’m glad and grateful for their customer service and honestly value towards making sure their customers are aware of what they’re getting, and happy with it.
