The equipment worked fine at first, until it didn't. Then parts are not available to replace or repair. Don't bother with their membership - they are constantly short on seeds and supplies so they will delay shipments multiple times. Instead of getting 4 shipments (once every 90 days) in a year, you will only get 3.

Placed my pre-order for new rise loft. Email said it would ship mid-may. It is now June and I have not received an update even after attempting to call(phones are disconnected) and email(0 response).

I placed an initial order with my rise garden back in December and still have not fulfilled my full order 6 months later. I’ve also purchased a few additional items since then and they have not arrived. Customer service is terrible and it’s impossible to reach someone. I love my garden, but I would not recommend it to anybody.

Non-delivery after weeks and weeks. Non performance of contract with no refund. Very upset.

I placed an order and it never shipped.

The message said I received this survey due to a recent purchase. My last purchase was 5 months ago. Also, I was sent a pump for a different garden as the makeshift substitute until the one I needed was back in stock. That was also months ago. Will I ever get the correct pump?
