This is the second time that my order has taken more than a 2 months to be delivered despite having had contact with your AI Chat Robot. I would prefer an email notice of delay AND partial Delivery of the parts of the order that are in stock - with the remainder to follow once they are back in stock. I depend on my garden for fresh greens

The whole experience has been awful. Many of the items I purchased I never received because they were out of stock, such as the add on trellis. And what I did receive took a very long time to fulfill. I should have gone with Gardyn.

First, we are very excited about the Rise Garden Loft Product. However, so far, we feel we have been left in the dark. No updates have been provided to us regarding the status of our order. I understand it was a pre-order, but still, it would have been nice to be informed about what's going on or when it may be delivered. We are just sitting around excitedly, unsure of what's happening.

I own the Rise Personal garden. On the plus side, when I finally receive the seed pods, I have had success growing them. My biggest frustration is order fulfillment. My orders have taken months to fulfill. There have not been any updates during that time—I have had to email them about the order to find out what is going on. I have resorted to buying pods on Amazon and planting my own seeds. But having paid for the 1-yr membership, I would like to get what I paid for in a timely manner. Very frustrating to wait so long for the materials you need to grow successfully! I would not recommend buying a garden from Rise.

I am disappointed on how the subscription is handled. Rise Garden doesn't "prepare" in advance the seeds you selected so when your delivery time arrives, it might be out of order and then the deliverey is delayed. The communitcation is not always there and for me it happens that one full order and half the other was not delivered. And this on only 4 delivery per year. No refund and if you cancel your subscription they won't honor the missing delivery. It is not fair as when I pay my subscription it is like a contract, 4 delivery of products and cancelling my subscription for the next year should not affect it.
