If I could possibly give Rise Garden a negative-star rating, I would do so! My Rise Garden pre-order was placed in November, 2025. As of September, 2026, I have received only continuing promises with NONE fulfilled. I finally accepted their offer of a replacement Rise Garden 3 in August, 2026. So far, this rating request is the ONLY thing I have received. This would have been my second Rise garden. They have been continually out of parts and supplies for that one. I recommended AVOIDING Rise Gardens completely! Customer service seems AI generated, filled with promises, but useless in performance.

I usually don't receive the quarterly shipments. Previous efforts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. I will not be renewing my subscription.
