Rise Garden's does not deliver any product. Everything is always on backorder and their membership is an absolute joke. I have outstanding membership box from April and July, and it is now October. If you reach out to them, expect either a generic response or none at all. They effectively have no customer service. I would recommend to stay away from them. Look them up on Reddit or BBB and you will see this is a wide spread problem.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have been waiting for 10 months for my order. I have been given excuse after excuse and been told more than once it will ship soon. If this company isn't a scam, it is incredibly poorly run. Now trying to fight to get a refund.

My orders have not been fully filled for the last year. Support keeps telling me that they will be filled soon, but it never happens. No refunds either. Very disappointed.

Ordered in March, processed in July, delivered at end of september....no apologies, no extra items for the wait...terrible...have to go through 3rd party for everything now.

I have been inquiring about an order I placed in 08/2026 for some seed pods. I still have not received them as of today 09/25/2026. I have been in a complaint loop for several days, they keep asking for my issue and order #. I have provided this many many times and the brilliant AI computer is not capable of seeing the previous messages so keeps asking for my issue. My main issue is dealing with AI. I feel any company that uses AI for their customer services is the doing most incompetent thing.

Waiting over a month for a seed order that was charged to my card upon ordering and not shipping. Something is wrong at Rise Gardens - they used to be punctual and high quality. Looking at how common my experience is, I'm thinking they should be investigated for fraud.

I prepaid for the membership and have not received any of my items since April, it is now September. No one responds to emails. Their fulfillment of orders has always been horrendous but I usually at least can get ahold of someone in customer service. Now it is a ghost town and I am out at least $185 worth of products that I prepaid for.
