The movers were great

I was lucky enough to have Serena handle my booking. SHE WAS AMAZING!! I haven't moved in years and she made it so easy and helped me through the entire process. I used a groupon and she took care of that and supplied me with an invoice and broke down the entire cost. They use an independent contract for my move called 911 Moving and delivery and they were exceptional. Removed my items, placed blankets to protect my items from being scratched or damaged. They dissambled and reassemble all my items placed them where I asked, moved them if I wasn't satisfied. Just the best overall move, better than what i could of asked for. Best deal for the price.

In my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this company. I was instructed to send payment through Zelle to a third party. After I sent the payments, I was repeatedly told they were still pending, so I sent additional payments based on those instructions. The day before my scheduled move, my services were canceled. Eventually, all three Zelle payments were processed, totaling $1,350, but I did not receive the moving services I paid for. I have provided the company with documentation, including payment records and text messages, but my issue has not been resolved. I have filed a police report and am preparing to pursue the matter in court. I will also be sharing my documentation and text message exchanges so others can review the details for themselves. Based on my experience, I recommend paying a little more for a company with a stronger reputation and more reliable customer service. Don’t trust this company they are scammers!

Everything was how it was supposed to be. I showed up it was actually not more stuff then the description and the pay came the next day

Beris and Kevin were very courteous, professional, and helpful. They had great attitudes and worked well to protect our belongings. My wife and I give them both an A+ rating.
