STAY AWAY! This is a horrible moving service. I have never seen a more inefficient company in my life. I want to be clear, the movers were very courteous but their was a lot of problems. They came almost 2 hours late. They didn't bring their own dolly or moving blankets. they were subcontractors, not even employees of Rio.It took an hour to load the truck, cause NO DOLLY. I should mention I had all boxes ready in ground floor garage. So if they had dolly, should have taken like 30 min. Their payment method are inconsistent. First Back Wire/ACH than zelle. Worse part was the lack of communication. The only decent thing is the dispatcher waived an hour due to how inefficient the crew was. We only had a out 30 boxes. If they had a decent dolly, they could do about 9 to 10 boxes at a time. Movers had to request a dolly from the apartment I was moving into, the dolly they had was able to carry about 9 boxes at a time. These guys were carrying about 4 at a time instead. I have move many times this is the first time I had a horrible experience with a moving service. STAY away, their a reason they have not invited anyone for reviews lately. Cause they genuinely suck.

Fast and friendly service! The guys were amazing and easy to work with! Very accommodating and made moving less stressful. Good communication! Would highly recommend these guys!

Had a great experience with the movers. They arrived on time and completed the entire moving in the booked time. Took 5 hours for our 2 bedroom. Very professional team

The gentlemen who moved me did excellent work. Moved everything where I wanted it, and didn't break anything!
