They were so fast and awesome!

Ricardo and Bryan were very professional. They moved with swiftness and agility. Before I knew it they had emptied out the apartment. To be quite honest they have very good communication between the two of them. I would definitely use Rio again.

Eric Root is my hero! We were moving across country and ran into some last minute delays and he worked with us to rearrange the schedule to accommodate. Our two movers were on time and very careful, efficient and polite. A wonderful experience..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Honestly, I was a bit stressed about moving, but these guys made it way easier. They were organized, quick, and careful with my stuff. Everything arrived in good condition.

They left my son’s bike downstairs and it almost got stolen. Besides that they did an awesome job, especially in the rain.

I only had a few items to move into a storage unit and 3 items into my new place. They sent an experienced mover with a trainee. I was forced to pay for an extra hour because of it it. They only went about 20 minutes over the time. Also, my scheduled move was suppose to be at 9am they showed up at 10:50am. I wouldn’t use this company again. The two movers I had they were great, but the guys used for booking the movers etc they are shady in my opinion. Also, the customer service guy I was dealing with the day of the move tried to tell me to give them a 5 star rating after I explained to him that I shouldn’t have to pay extra for the time they went over.
