Shawn and Kyle were great, they were quick gentle and attentive

Our movers showed up on time and handle our items with care. Great experience.

Work was done fast and crew was very professional

I can’t thank Rio Moving enough for their understanding and consideration of our situation. We had to cancel our moving booking due to an uninhabitable issue with the apartment we were supposed to move into, which ultimately led us to stay in our current unit. Despite the unexpected circumstances, Rio Moving was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout the process. A special thank you to Jibin, who was the person I communicated with regarding our situation. He made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible, especially when it came to processing our refund. His professionalism, understanding, and excellent communication truly made a difference during an already stressful time. If you’re looking for a reliable moving company that genuinely values its customers, shows consideration during unexpected situations, and communicates professionally, look no further than Rio Moving! I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to book with them again in the future. You have my word that you’ll be in good hands! Thank you, Rio Moving, for your kindness and understanding. We truly appreciate it! 😊

This was our third move with Rio, and once again, we had a great experience. The back-office team communicated very effectively and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The moving crew was also excellent—professional, efficient, and handled everything without any complaints or issues. I would highly recommend Rio for your next apartment move!

They were very fast and professional and was able to book me within a day on a busy weekend. The workers were super efficient, had everything prepared and was friendly.

Exceptional movers, they were very Energetic and strong and Charismatic I really enjoyed their services. Ismail's crew were excellent movers, l'd really recommend, also the company's pricing is one of the lowest out there.
