Took payment and still haven't sent order 2 months later
I placed an order in November which I was expecting to arrive as a Christmas present. We are now at the end of January and it has still not arrived. I placed a case and was told that because one of the items was out of stock, none of my order had been dispatched and that this was normal procedure. I do not remember receiving anything telling me that the goods were out of stock and they certainly took payment up front. I went back on today to follow up again and my case was closed. Goods have still not been sent and I have had to lodge another case to try and find out what is happening. Shocking service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

We understand first hand how frustrating waiting for product can be. You placed your order on Black Friday and by the time you placed your order 1 of the books in the bundle you were ordering was already out of stock. We are working with the vendor to get the volume, the demand during the holiday season was greater than anticipated. Unfortunately it is cost prohibitive to partially ship orders internationally as we try very hard to keep our shipping rates low for our international customers. Our shipping information is located at https://www.rightstufanime.com/shipping and does discuss partial shipments. To address taking your funds for the order at time of purchase please refer to this page https://www.rightstufanime.com/ordering-and-payment that explains PayPal does take the entire order amount at time of checkout. Our staff responded to your original case offering to remove the out of stock bundle but there was no response for more than 3 business days and our system closes the case for lack of activity. I'm sure you can appreciate that we get thousands of cases and keeping them all open would be extremely cumbersome. Our team has already responded to your new case providing you with options if you do not want to continue to wait for the out of stock bundle.
