I have placed 23 orders this year (2020). I have had one issue with an order. The problem was fixed, in a reasonable amount of time for it being 2020. The only problem I have with Right Stuf it that if you place a order with a preorder in it the who order does not ship until the preorder is fulled or you place another order that does not have a preorder in it. If I need to buy something that I do not want damaged, such as a limited edition item, I order it here instead of Amazon but cause I know that they will package my order in a way that will keep it safe. I also have premium, and I order enough that I think its worth it.

Never shopping here again supposedly my package was left at the door of my apartment, but my brother said he never heard a knock......Recently I got a package from Play-Asia, and was left at the door completely fine.. idk what happened but this is ridiculous. Edit: after waiting weeks and changing shipping they managed to replace my order...fedex is trash btw give people more shipping options.

I've had nothing but good experiences with orders from this company, the support may be "somewhat" slow due to the current COVID situation but I've been satisfied in order quality, timeliness, and support. The shipping qualities have been excellent for me, although I only have purchased Blu-Rays from rightstuf I have never had a problem with how they were handled and the shipping has always been excellent. Only issue I could really point out is sometimes the prices are a little bit higher than other companies for the blu rays than if you buy direct from the Licensers but only during very specific sales would this be the case.

Love their careful packaging and some sales events are really quite a steal. Customer service is usually pretty quick to respond, and the one time a book was damaged a bit the customer service rep created a new order under my account so they could replace the book for me free of charge. The thing that made me subtract a star is their "out of stock, coming soon" manga...can take anywhere from a few weeks to even a few months to come back in stock, and no information given to you in the meantime as you wait indefinitely. I ended up canceling one such order and requesting a refund, which was somehow not given to me automatically.

Not sure why people was complaining all day all night when they don't even spend time reading the policies. The tracking was kinda slow and so is assendia delivery speed. However, we paid for a much cheaper price and the packaging was very well taken care of. I get it when some people complaining bout the transaction takes time to go through, but hey if you were to own a company would you like to get some fraud transaction? The online staff was very helpful with me and I'm happy with the services. The only thing that I wish it could have been better would be changing the courier services which includes Taxes (for international customer like me)

I have ordered from Rightstuf several times in the past, and it really was an affordable purchase despite the bigger number of goods. The packaging was great and sturdy, the merchandise looked in perfect shape and it was delivered a lot faster than I was first announced (as in a week earlier). It was easy to track my order and the communication with the guys back at the shop was pretty decent (I had a minor problem with the authentification, being a foreign customer, I had to send some additional information, but it didn't delay my order too much). However, the once super-affordable goods are now taxed according to their weight. That means, as an international customer, I pay around 12 dollars for the shipment of two normal sized mangas, which isn't greatly affordable if you intend to buy more books. But, if you want some rare things that you can't find everywhere, it is the best place to buy from. They are a serious shop. All in all, I was pleased with their service, and I would order again if the actual shipping prices weren't so big for outside US. Maybe if there's something rare, I would definitely choose them again.
