Bought a collectors edition steelbook from them and it came looking like someone took a crowbar to it

Horrible customer service.. This company is good as long as you don't have an issue and have to contact them. They will give you the run around and make excuses. Also pray they dont send you a damaged item that they packed themselves because you will be paying the shipping to get it back to them for a replacement. The site really should have a huge disclaimer at the top saying "BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK WE COULD AND PROBABLY WILL AT SOME POINT SHIP YOU DAMAGED ITEMS THAT WILL COST YOU OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE THEM REPLACED EVEN THOUGH WE KNEW WE SENT THEM THAT WAY TO BEGIN WITH" I've not had issues until now with them. The pandemic happened and it took them 2 months to send me my items which ok I can understand and if they were waiting on my whole order to be there ok I understand that too. But when I waited this long to have a dvd case look like someone dropped it and stepped on the corner and the paper cover be torn also well not too happy about that and what's worse is talking to them gets you no where. They will tell you, you have to pay to have it shipped out so they basically told me its my fault they shipped it damaged. If they said we will send you a new case that would have at least been some sort of effort. I could have then pulled out the torn paper and put it into the unbroken and untorn case but they wouldn't even do that. I DID very much love this company until now. I'm very disappointed and very much afraid to order from them again with the slightest possibly of me being at fault for their shipping of damaged items.

Ordered something on Rightstuf on May 22nd. Let's just say its June 18th and I JUST GOT shipping confirmation. I only got a shipping confirmation BECAUSE I SUBMITTED A REFUND CLAIM. I nearly wanted to tear my hair out. I had this item purchased and planned to go to my vacation address. Now, since it took a month to process, I have to have a friend pick it up and ship it to me. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Seriously their shipping times are horrible then my order shows as pending fullfilment even though it is on my card, so i let them be even though its been more than a week as pending on shippiment then they just cancel order without any reason at all

Ive been a customer of this retailer for around 10 years being the primary source of my anime needs. Up until recently ive had excellent service. Being a current warehouse employee i know the struggles with covid, social distancing, and the backlogs of work. However when a package stalled in transit an hour from my house for multiple weeks i contacted their customer service to find an amicable solution to the unreasonable even with covid delay or lost package. Their solution was to send me on wild goose chases by having me be a messenger between them and various usps facilities, emails, and phonenumbers. They never returned a call or email, infact they had no record of the emails I forwarded from usps. After 3 weeks of providing worse customer service than EA (which if youre a videogamer you know that says something) they locked my account preventing me from being a customer permanently with the reason that i was "rude." Frustrated maybe, i cant think of a single customer not being frustrated going into a customer service call. However, no insults or condensending response was ever uttered by me. If this is how the rightstuf responds to customers then they obviously dont need them.

Site demandant des informations de carte bancaires par email pour vérifier une commande, ce qui est déjà scandaleux en soi, et de plus la vérification n'a pas été traitée donc commande tout simplement annulée de ce fait, pour une pré-commande datant de mars sur une édition limitée donc plus disponible. Passez votre chemin. EDIT : Pour répondre à la personne ayant pris le temps de répondre, déjà merci, nous avons suivi ce qui était demandé par email c'est-à-dire d'envoyer un email, il n'a jamais été question d'un appel. Puis je réitère, il y a des biens meilleurs moyens pour vérifier l'identité d'un client, plutôt que demander ses informations de carte bancaire par email ou même par téléphone.

I ordered an item on 04/02/19. Still did not receive it by 06/02/20. I called to cancel the order. I never received a refund. I called back after a week and was told they could not refund my money since I paid with paypal. They offered a gift certificate but nothing else, not even an apology! Since they were unable to ship my item in over a year, the gift certificate is worthless. I could die waiting to receive an item from Right Stuf.

Shipping takes forever and items sometimes never arrive. Other times you make a purchase where item is "in-stock" but weeks go by and item is not mailed, once contacting customer support they let you know its out of stock and have to wait MONTHS on new shipment. I tried giving them a chance , multiple times. NEVER AGAIN.
