Right Stuf AnimeReviews of rightstufanime.com

As a collectionist, rightstuf has the best packaging to protect the stuff you buy during shipment bar none. Their prices are always super competitive, and the yearly sub is totally worth it if you buy a few series a year for the extra discount. I always regretted buying from amazon or best buy due to damaged dvd box corners or delayed/lost shipments, so Im glad to have an alternative that cares about the items they ship not being damaged

I always look at the pre-order items to plan purchases. It's nice to be able to order items I'm interested in that will be released at a future date. While I try to avoid it; I've been able to order items at are currently in stock along with my pre-order items. I mainly do this to qualify for free shipping. The only reason I didn't give five stars is occasionally the release date will arrive and I find that the item I pre-ordered is out of stock. It would be nice to receive an email stating that they were unable to get enough product in the initial shipment to satisfy the orders received. In addition an estimate of when a product can be restocked would be really helpful.

I was looking for a place to buy manga from, and Right Stuf has solidified its spot as my go-to shop. Their everyday prices are already incredible, not to mention their insane sale prices, which cover an incredible array of current and complete manga. Their packaging is the best I have ever seen in anything, and I have never received a damaged book, which I can't say for places like Amazon who just throw a book in a bubble wrap sleeve and call it a day.. The one negative, which brings this review down to 4 stars, is the membership. The price has increased recently, and the discount has gone down from 10% to 5%. Not to mention the fact that the discount doesn't apply to items on sale, which is about 95% of my purchases. Overall though, I am extremely satisfied with Right Stuf and will continue shopping with them for the foreseeable future.

I have ordered from this site plenty of times now. I have had great experiences. They do take a while to ship out at times but the packaging is always done with the utmost care. They also take quite a while to respond as I have submitted two help tickets. This is to be expected though with the current state covid has left everyone in. Overall I try’s the company and appreciate their service they offer.

Right stuff has one of the biggest selection of anime, manga, and related merchandise that I have seen. I appreciate the way the way they package your order. I have ordered over $1,100 worth from them and not one item has been nicked or damaged. I enjoy the sales that they have throughout the year and the daily discounts that they have. Having just joined their membership club, I have enjoyed further discounts that they give.

Prices and selection are really good ! My only critic would be that items with tagged out of stock expecting more can take a long time to be restocked and when I asked they had no approximate has to when they would receive them. But I guess the pandemic doesn’t help so it’s understandable. Overall really like the site !

I’ve been a GOT Anime member for the last two years because I purchase manga in bulk quite regularly. My experiences with customer support haven’t been as bad as other reviews, but I’m guessing that’s because I haven’t had any major issues with packaging, shipping (I got partial parts of an April order for months because I bought them while they were out of stock at the time. But it’s COVID-19 come on ya’ll), etc. When I inquired about an order by email, I was replied too in a day or two. I will continue to be a GOT member.

I've purchased a ton from this website and have never had an issue with damaged items and in fact they are the only place I've never had this issue. I get bulk cheap deals and fill my shelves for much less than I can elsewhere. The only downsides are the customer service (slow and redundant in some ways) and the shipping times are pretty long. Overall I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys buying manga or anime and can wait for the longer ship times!
