I buy HUNDREDS of items per year from Right Stuf Anime, mostly manga. I have been buying from Right Stuf Anime for years and I have never had anything but top-notch service from them. The packaging has always been excellent! I have gotten only two things damaged in the last 10+ years and that was quickly rectified both times (if the gorilla in the shipping company wants to break it, it WILL break. Meh, probably no one remembers Samsonite commercials). The speed of shipping is entirely your choice. You want it free, it comes slower. My experience is that it has never taken longer than 7 days to get with free shipping. You want it faster, if those couple of days sooner to receive it are SO important, then be prepared to pay for it. I've seen such low reviews down below and I KNOW that isn't the norm by any stretch of the imagination. No, I am not affiliated with Right Stuf in any way and don't know anyone that works there. I am an incredibly happy customer that would rather spend my money with a small company than a MegaCorp. Every interaction with the people there that I have had has been completely unlike anything I've had to deal with when calling Amazon or the like. And these days, TEMPORARILY, things are slower, off schedule, and even shipping is slower in this current Covid environment. A little understanding and patience is called for. For me, Right Stuf Anime is my go-to place!

People don't seem to understand the fact that we are, and HAVE BEEN in the middle of a pandemic since March. All the recent 1-star reviews should be taken with a grain of salt unless a REAL issue was brought up in them. I've made about 4 or 5 separate purchases from RightStuf since discovering them in April, and my experiences have all been wonderful. Everything was always packaged with care and shipped out within a reasonable timeframe. I'm waiting on only one volume of manga that I purchased a while ago, but I'm not all that worried about it, because the staff have made sure to ship out whichever volumes have come into their stock since I ordered them, adding them into any additional orders I make after them. I have faith that what I buy will be in my hands soon. And even if it isn't, I kept in mind that, once again, WE HAVE BEEN IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. These employees are not your slaves to berate and tear down during this time. They make sure they're getting you ungrateful weebs your orders as fast as they can and to the best of their abilities. They can't control the mail. They can't control a deadly virus. Neither can you. However, what you can control is acting like a decent human being. The staff at RightStuf have been wonderful, and I'm grateful I happened across their website a few months back. Through them, I was able to fall back into love with anime and manga, and my life has been happier since. Be compassionate during this time to the people you are aimlessly trying to tear down by leaving an aggravated 1-star review. Think about how your words would feel if it were *you* receiving them. ANYWAY. RightStuf is pretty alright in my book, and I'll 100% be ordering from them more in the future! :) Thanks!

I have been ordering from Rightstuf for a few years now, and I have always been impressed by their level of service. They always pack my items professionally and with care, and are extremely good with communication regarding delays of products. I know they are a small dedicated team of people, who genuinely care about their products and their commitment to quality. I have been very heartbroken by the amount of negative reviews from other customers in regards to their items shipped late or being delayed, and seeing the responses by the team explaining over and over that the delays are due to the covid-19 pandemic and them working with a reduced staff to try to stay healthy and safe. The VP of Rightstuf has sent out multiple emails regarding how their staff is working overtime to ship out items as fast as possible, and that they cannot control delays by publishers due to the ongoing Covid-19, and has been asking for kindness to her staff. At a time when they are trying their best with a situation outside their control, I would hope that more people are compassionate and understanding for a small hardworking team. Thank you for your hard work, and I will continue to support your business.

I have made multiple orders with RSA throughout the last two months, both within and without their Birthday Sale. Occasionally some of the products I order have been backordered due to the high demand and shipping delays due to COVID-19. However, every item I have received so far over the past two months has arrived to me in perfect condition, having been packaged with care. I'm genuinely proud to have spent my money with this company as opposed to others I could have chosen. The one time I spoke to customer service (simply to leave a comment with them), they replied to me politely and within a good time frame. I will continue to do business with RSA.

I had no issues at all. They shipped my order after 2 workdays and I received it in perfect condition within a business week (it was shipped from the US to Germany). I'd recommend them anytime.

I haven't found a better place to order my anime-related goods. Highly recommend! I have already purchased from them a dozen times and will continue to shop with them. Never had any problems with anything I've ordered and everything came nicely packed and on time or earlier than expected. On one occasion I did have a minor issue but that wasn't due to anything they did, in fact, it was a mistake made on my part when placing the order. I say this because I would like to compliment how great the service was when I called in to fix my mistake. Took about 10-15 minutes to get everything in order and back on track. Quality service! Great sales! The best place to order from.

Rightstufanime is my Go-to manga shop. There are no physical or online stores in my country to buy manga from so I always use Rightstufanime. The delivery is always fast, and they have the best packaging I have ever seen. The prices are always great and on top of that, there is always a sale. I highly recommend Rightstufanime if you are buying from outside the US.

Good customer service and great deals on new anime/manga/light novels. For the very best discounts, invest in a "Got Anime" membership that tacks on up to an extra 10% off prices on the site. If you order a lot of things, those savings will add up and easily make up for the cost of the membership, which is currently $18/year. These days, anime, manga, and light novels aren't all that cheap. Even if it may cost slightly more to buy from Rightstuf versus Amazon or Barnes & Noble, you can at least know that your items will not be damaged in transit because they actually put time into packing your merchandise. I've had many books mangled due to poor packing from Amazon, and Barnes & Noble (who you'd think would put more effort in, considering they specialize in selling... books). The one time I received a destroyed package from Rightstuf, out of dozens of orders, I contacted customer service and was issued replacements.
