Right Stuf has been great. I am a fairly new customer and I have bought quite a few blu-rays and dvds from them. I only had one small issue with one order, but it wasn't their fault and the product was fine so I didn't care (I am not big on collecting so it didn't bother me). Te packaging is usually fairly good. I have yet to see what some of the reviews have said. One person said took a crowbar and I half wonder where it was sitting on the UPS/Fedex/USPS truck. Probably at the very bottom. Anyways, this company is great. Their quality, sales, and shipping has always been top knotch. Amazon doesn't hold a flame compared to this company with their diverse selection and their speedy answers. I love them and hopefully people will give this company a chance. Yes, COVID 19 hit. Yes shipping might be delayed. But that is everywhere. I actually bought a shirt from another company back in March, and JUST RECEIVED the shirt. Whereas Right Stuf seems to ship it as soon as they have the products in stock. Can't wait for more sales!!!

It isn't just that they have wonderful sales and access to a ginormous catalog of different anime, manga, and connected paraphernalia but those things are a huge plus. It's the way they go about their services. They make sure to take care when packaging materials, so when your order arrives it is in perfect condition. They get the materials out fast and reliably. However the biggest reason is the customer service. Each time I've had a question and called the hotline number, they have been pleasant, informative, helpful and wonderful. They answered my questions, helped me, and were great about it. They even made me laugh. I have always been left smiling when dealing with Right Stuf Anime. I am sure you will be as well.

I’m pretty sure I’ve been ordering from them for over 20 years now, since I know I got catalogs at the house I haven’t lived at since I graduated high school in 1999, and they’ve always been fantastic. They have frequent sales, send out a really nice catalog, and they pack things really nicely too. I don’t usually say much about this because it gets to me and I don’t think about it much, but they’ve been great for as long as I can remember. It’s rare that I’ve had to contact them, but they’ve been super nice when I have. If I want to buy anime or manga, I usually check them before anyone else.

I have been a customer of Right Stuf for years, and they always provide not only excellent prices, deals, and service, but a family atmosphere that is missing from most businesses these days. Even during this pandemic, and with a huge month long sale, I have not seen delays in shipping of more than a few days - most of which was delays from distributors and carriers after packages had left their hands - which is incredible, especially with reduced staff for safety.
