I have been a satisfied customer of Right Stuf for about a decade now, maybe longer. On the rare occasion there is a problem, Right Stuf's customer folks have given me timely responses, and made things "right". Even with the COVID-19 excitement, Right Stuf has been doing their best which has been excellent in my experience.

These guys are great! Despite all the problems of dealing with COVID-19 they still manage to fill and ship my orders in a reasonable time. They keep me informed of any delays and also why it's delayed. A lot of the delays are not their fault. If they're out of stock, then they're out of stock. They'll ship when restocked.

I have been with Rightstuf for nearly 3 years now, and I have never been disappointed. Even now, when shipments are delayed and pre-orders are pushed back, they are working hard to deliver quality material at affordable prices. Anytime I had to reach out to them to inquire about an order, they were courteous, respectful, and professional. I have never had an issue with them in terms of customer service, which is honestly rare these days. I am so grateful that discovered this website. As a huge manga fan with a limited budget, it's great to find a site that offers manga at a good rate while still maintaining the quality of their products. Items were packaged with care and shipped as soon as they became available! Even with the COVID situation some of my orders arrived earlier than expected and it's due to their hard work. I've ordered several times and always impressed with care and service! The selection is great and prices are competitive as well. Definitely my first choice when it comes to manga and anime. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been buying a lot of anime and manga recently, and I have made several orders from RightStuf since the 2020 weirdness started. I have placed several orders for in-stock items, a few orders for backordered items, and even a handful of preorders for items with future release dates, and RightStuf has expertly juggled all of these—I have received everything in a timely fashion, especially when compared to orders for non-anime items I have placed online with other companies. I most recently received my Limited Edition Blu-Ray of A Silent Voice (which I finally got around to ordering), and I’m looking forward to all of the pre-order merchandise for Weathering with You to be released. RightStuf has been serving the anime/manga community as a labor of love for a long time (I made my first purchases from them back in 1998 when anime, manga, and related merchandise were rather difficult to find), and I have consistently found them to be a reliable source for pretty much anything the medium has to offer. The people who work there are wonderful, the website is easy to use, and they have great articles/blogs and nice seasonal specials that make shopping especially fun. This is a top-notch company that I can unequivocally and wholeheartedly recommend.

I love RightStuf! This is my go-to place for my anime, be it DVDs/Blu-rays or merchandise or figures of favorite characters. Being a Got Anime member is worth it for that little extra price break and now with the Sezzle payment option I find it more affordable. I am a long-time and loyal customer. I have had nothing but good experiences with their customer service department. My items arrive well-packaged so I know their warehouse staff is also doing a great job. Given how the world is now given the COVID-19 Pandemic we're all going through some changes and RightStuf has also been affected, which is to be expected. Recently they have received nothing but negative feedback and for things that are out of their control. That needs to be kept in mind. In my experience, the delays have not been so crushingly-long that I've had to question whether or not I'll receive my shipment. I trust RightStuf to get the job done and I have no complaints about my experience with this company. I adore anime, it's about all I watch anymore, and this place is where to get it. I highly recommend.

Right Stuf Anime has been my anime store choice for years. They have a huge variety of products / inventory, lots of promotions throughout the year but most importantly they have excellent customer service! Any time I have had a question regarding orders or just an inquiry their team has always been there to provide exceptional customer service. It is also quite evident they do care about the shipping of their products as each item I have ever ordered has been packaged carefully and arrived safely. I would highly recommend R.S.A to anyone shopping for anything Anime as they have an excellent team there ready to help you. Despite the global pandemic they have shown dedication to their customers and continue to be my choice online anime shopping.
