Right Stuf AnimeReviews of rightstufanime.com

I have been a customer for many, many years. Rightstuf has pretty much everything that is available - at great prices if you are a Got Anime member. I typically opt for free shipping, but even then the delivery times are quite acceptable to me (I can typically wait a bit for an order). When there have been problems (for example, a defective disc), customer service has always been helpful and courteous.

Having ordered from them a lot recently, I really enjoy the competitive pricing, and payment options that Right Stuf Anime provide. Also, even when I had a random issue of a missing disc, they were very prompt on sending a replacement. Highly recommend.

So far I have had great service, shipping comes at a reasonable time and the prices are amazing

right stuff is a pretty awesome website. ive ordered close to $900 worth of manga/light novels from them and haven't had any issues other than a few nicks on the spine of the book which happens and cant really complain about that. The shipping method is really good considering they are tightly packed in the box to prevent movement. My only gripe is theres no option to have them covered in plastic like a bag of some sort. my most recent order of six or seven books was almost ruined because the mail service left the box sitting out in the rain. luckily my neighbor spotted it and saved my books. i know its not right stufs fault about that but i wish there was an option to maybe pay extra for the extra coverage or maybe increase membership cost and add it as a feature. anyway, like i said awesome company will continue to order more books to stick my nose in.

Best place to buy anime and manga. I wish I found them long ago. Great prices for new manga, my orders are always right and safely packed and the widest selection I've ever seen. The staff do their best to make customers happy. Oh and if they're out of stock you can buy an item and reserve it for when it comes in!

This company kicks so much A$$. Yeah, they run and sale, and it sells out before I can get it but, that's not their fault. That just means the prices are great. Yeah, sometimes they forget a piece in shipping but, with as much as they do, and as many people as they serve, it's bound to happen. The thing is, they make it right. They bust their balls to get you your order in a timely manner. Always great customer service. Always packed safe and sturdy. Great job, folks! :)

I've been shopping with RightStuf for 15 years. They are the best place to buy all Otaku needs.

I've been buying from Right Stuf for a few years now and I've been very impressed with the quality of service I've received there. I do a lot of mail ordering and most major retailers I buy from have very sloppy packaging and low standards. They typically have a couple of box sizes for shipping and will force orders to fit what is available, often times leaving a lot of empty space for the items to bang around inside. Everything I've ordered from Right Stuf has been carefully packaged with attention made to secure all the contents and protect them from being harmed during transport. That alone would be reason for me to buy from them instead of a place like Amazon but they also have good prices and very good specials. As I live in Canada they do have a minimum order amount that allows for free shipping. They ship by Fed-Ex and the shipping times are very fast, usually my order arrives within a week of shipment. Much faster than orders I've made within Canada. The few times I've been in contact with customer service they have been friendly and helpful. It's about the best you can ask for from an online retailer.
