Right Stuf AnimeReviews of rightstufanime.com

All of these bad review are despicable and childish. I have been ordering from this online store for nearly a decade and they are the number one spot for anime and manga. As an avid anime collector they have the best deals all year round. They absolutely care about the customer and have one of the best customer service team I have ever had to deal with. And I rarely need to deal with them because their service is impeccable. They deluxe package your items so they arrive securely from the wear and tear of travel. Unlike amazon or any other company that places an item in a flimsy envelope. We are currently in a pandemic and the fact that customers cannot understand that everyone is working with reduced staff and that postal services are all backed up is ridiculous. It’s called PATIENCE. RightStuf anime has kept up their standard of work in a very tough time and I will continue to buy from them for the rest of my Otaku days. Thank you RightStuf!

Right Stuf has always given exceptional service well beyond any other place I've shopped at. They have great prices on their content, very helpful and attentive customer service that is always willing to work with you, and best of all, you can expect all of your content shipped to make it to it's destination without damage, no matter what the mail service does to it.

As I continue to buy from rightstufanime.com they provide excellent customer service and quality items. I've had a couple times where discs may appear scratched (which is more then likely a manufacturer thing) and they take images and document my account just in case the discs don't work. They always worked so ive never had to return an item yet. As far as shipping I've noticed a bit of a delay but due to the current situation and the holidays packages can be delayed. Not rightstufs fault. My collection will continue to grow with rightstufanime.com as my ONLY source for purchasing anime.

I love to shop with this website because they have a ton of great merchandise and always have good deals. My packages have always arrived on time or even before the scheduled day. Plus they always let me know when a great deal is going on.

I love Rightstuf! My packages are always in great condition. They are my go to anime website.

I’ve always had excellent experiences with Right Stuf from start to finish. After buying from them several times, I decided to sign up for their membership program and have not regretted it! They have great sales throughout the year, ship in a timely manner, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their customer service.

I've never had a better experience anywhere else when it comes to packages arriving with the contents staying safe and unharmed regardless of how destroyed the box looks, especially during the holiday season. Thankful that there's one place where I can find the majority of anime and manga titles at a price that doesn't make me cry.

I have been a customer at Right Stuf for years now and happily continue to use them. Between their excellent prices and sales, diligent shipping practices, and selection of particular products, I've not much reason to shop elsewhere. Expectations and understanding should always be kept in check but problems are few and far between.
