I’ve been a premium member for less than a year and my only regret is not getting it sooner. It paid for itself many times over already. I get a lot from this company and I know I’m getting the best deal and everything will be in great shape when it arrives and will do so in a timely manner. At this point, I’ve always got something back ordered or preordered with them. Also, if they had a “beer fund” for the warehouse crew that you could give to, I’d tack some on to every order.

I love using their website they have much better deals than Amazon would have or any retailing stores like FYE. they are always very helpful if I need any help and they always send me an email when my item has been shipped and I can track it online. I am a very satisfied person with this website that helps anime fans like me get the items we need and since they partnered up with a Nother company where you can put down payments on an item that’s very helpful for those who still want to get the item but put in payment installments to anyone who hasn’t shop on this website and wants to find a different price for their anime and manga right stuff is the right anime shopping store online.

I've been buying from rightstuf for about 4 years now, and all 4 years I've been a Got Anime member because I've never once had a negative experience. I've given them plenty of opportunities to disappoint me, and they never have. I've convinced a lot of my friends to buy from rightstuf rather than on amazon because I honestly feel like rightstuf deserves it more.

Overall excellent store for anime! Great selection of anime, constant deals, reasonable prices. Sometimes takes a while to deliver, but always delivers in great condition.

Been using this site for over 10 years. Problems have been few and quickly resolved. Items are in perfect condition and in the off chance they aren’t are quickly replaced. It’s 2020 a global pandemic and the holidays so of course shipping is slower. Not their fault. Best site for anime and merch bar none.

I have been using rightstuf for approximately 6 months and it is the best place to buy anything anime & manga related! I feel like a kid in a candy shop whenever I am on there site it is like heaven for anime fans such as myself. They take the time and effort to package your items with care & their customer service team are incredibly friendly ! I absolutely love RightStuf & highly recommend their website ! Throughout my time ordering from Rightstuf, I have only ever had one issue. The package was improperly packed and arrived damaged. It was quickly resolved, and I am more than happy to order from them again. The good. Outside of sales, I typically place a single order every month for the following month's preorders. With the 25% off preorders, this is insane value. Due to the Covid-19 situation, items are frequently delayed, however I have never had an issue getting items moved between orders by opening a case via web or calling in. They are typically very good about communicating when items are delayed. Beyond this, their packing process now immaculate and items rarely, if ever, arrive damaged. The mediocre. GotAnime Member value has dipped recently. There aren't too many benefits that apply other than the small discount on all non-sale items. There is also the added feature of your orders have "priority processing," but I'm not sure how this benefit works. In short, the membership program is very hit and miss. However, word through their newsletters and forums is that they are working on adding more benefits. I renew my membership ($18) due to the amount of my orders frequently adding up to a small savings, however next year's renewal with likely be contingent on what these new benefits are. The Bad. I don't actually have anything to say here. Their customer service team, while overloaded, are some of the best people I have interacted with. There are never issues they can't solve. Summary. I will remain a frequent customer of Rightstuf and frequently recommend them to anyone who collects manga and anime products. Their value outside of sales in unmatched, even if their membership program leaves a little to be desired.

I have been a customer for nearly a decade now. Rightstuf has always taken great care of me, and even when there are issues their customer service department is always helpful. They package the items with care and you’ll never find that your books shipped in an envelope like the other big retailers. Website needs some work but other than that I highly recommend it for Anime and Manga fans!
