Right Stuf AnimeReviews of rightstufanime.com

I wouldn’t get manga anywhere else. The prices are excellent and the selection is extensive. I also really appreciate the care taken to package and ship products- it is the best I’ve ever experienced when purchasing books. Plus the rotating sales make it extra affordable to find the products you’re looking for at an even deeper discount. Shipping is slow at the moment and stock can be limited with everything happening in the world but that’s completely understandable and something that just requires a little patience. I adore Right Stuf!

I have been buying from them for quite a few years and always had a great experience. I once got a DVD set that had the wrong disc inside and after a days got a replacement no charge. I also feel that the communication in the last year has been exemplary. The emails explain exactly what is going on with shipping delays and out of stocks. I will be continuing to shop here for years to come. Keep up the great work!

This is my favorite place to shop. The prices are unbeatable. They somehow manage to add on special sales, too. If you order in bulk, you can easily save money with the Got Anime membership as well as receive perks. I can't recommend this site enough for manga collectors. The shipping does take some time in return for the incredible deals. The quickest I've had an item ship to me is seven days. Due to Covid, one of my items was delayed over a month, but have no fear; Rightstuf delivered it promptly upon receiving restocks of the item. If I were to add something to this website, it would be a small selection of Japanese manga in addition to the English manga. I imagine it is hard to financially sustain that idea, so I understand why Rightstuf may not wish to add it. The packaging from Rightstuf in my big orders has always protected my items well. Lastly, the customer service has been very generous and kind to me as a customer so I'm happy to assure they will be helpful in the situation that you must contact them.

Get the things I order in good time and great condition

great customer service, well packaged (never got a damaged item). I did wish that they allowed you to withhold on shipping a preorder until you reached a threshold of $75, to save on shipping.

I use Rightstuf for all of my anime and manga needs. Love their customer service and their packaging. And their prices are unmatched! I have no problems whatsoever.

As a loyal customer for the better part of the last 15 years, Right Stuf always has what I'm looking for, at the best prices possible, with chances to pre-order products months in advance, and with many payment options to choose from. Not only that, but unlike other sites like Amazon, Right Stuf takes the best care in protecting their products by shipping their orders wrapped in shipping paper, surrounded by cardboard barriers inside the box, so that you get your product in the best condition with zero damage. It's all thanks to Right Stuf that I've been able to amass the vast collection of anime that I immensely enjoy today. Simply put, Right Stuf is not just the best choice, but the only choice for everything Anime, Manga, and so on. Right Stuf Anime 4 Life!

I've literally never had a bad experience with rightstuf. They are cheaper then everywhere else and they pack their stuff so well, i never have to worry about my products being damaged.
