ZERO Stars!! STAY AWAY !!! One of our worst sales experiences EVER ! Do not Buy Anything from this place. We were LIED to and Products MISREPRESENTED. I'll try to summarize our experience. My wife went down there to look at Seadoos during the week. She was told about the new IDF (intelligent Debris Free) System. We use our current, 20-year-old Seadoos on Guntersville Lake so aquatic vegetation/debris is a major issue. My wife was told by 3 salesmen (Kei, Louis, and one other) that the model we were looking at, the 2026 RXT-X had that IDF system, and it was amazing. She said, “then that’s what I want and why I want this model. I’ll bring my husband back”. So I went back with her a few days later. I asked them to see the system in action and they said, we can’t put it in the water in the showroom, and the battery is not hooked up to turn it on. They also said it came with a cover. We trusted them for their word, and they delivered the Seadoo to us the next day. I asked the delivery person (Ben) about the IDF and he said he didn’t know how it worked and would tell the office about me missing cover. I decided I’d figure it out. So we used the Seadoo that weekend, while it went through its break in period. The next week I started researching the IDF to find out THAT MODEL DOESN’T COME WITH IT, and IT CAN’T BE ADDED !! What ?!?!? So my wife calls the saleman (Kei), and after going back and forth he says let me talk to you manager… She ends up talking to Donovan, one the managers… He says “Let me check into it.. we want to do right by you”… He then calls back to say our top-of-the-line 2026 Seadoo RXT-X (with 2.8 hours and only 95% thru the break in period) is USED and depreciated down $4000 the second we took it off the lot! But YOUR salesmen lied/misrepresented it and sold us a model that didn’t have what we wanted. We went round and round with him about how this shouldn’t be our fault and he just kept saying “we want to do right by you and we want to earn your business, etc…” YOU’RE NOT DOING THAT AT ALL!! “But that’s all we can do .. We can let you trade it in for less and sell you another model that has the IDF feature”.. AS IF !!! In my business you stand behind your sales team, right or wrong, and take care of doing right by the customer. We will never go back to that dealer. We have lots of lake friends and will tell them all to AVOID RIDENOW at all costs!

I did business with Johanna and Levi at Ridenow. Both were polite, informative and wanted to make a sale. It was a good experience. The entire process didn’t take but 2 hours and they delivered my new CFMOTO500 to my cabin the same afternoon that I purchased it. Also they checked out my new purchase from top to bottom before turning the vehicle over to me.

Keana is rude trying to sell them my bike did all the paperwork, pick text/email as preferred contact as I don't hear well. Yet she calls texts and says I have to speak to her forces me to call them. I call she acts like I'm stupid and explains everything like I'm a toddler, all of the information could of been emailed as well. When I ask if we are done now and say "all of that could if been done in email" she throws a fit and says I need to speak to management who isnt even there and hangs up on me. Worst customer service ever will be selling elsewhere due to HER. I chose not to sell on marketplace or locally to not have to deal with the run around and rude people....looks like I would of been better off.

Friend of mine bought a dirt bike from them, had bike for 20 minutes & had super high idle. Brought bike back up to have it looked at & they started telling him about the clutch being bad? If that were the case, the bike never should’ve left a lot and now they had the bike for over a month and not honoring the warranty. Charging service fees, and basically being dicks.

Would rate zero if possible! Do not use this scam company and you will regret giving your email! They offered me half of private retail value on my bike, they state they are a wholesale offering auction prices than sell to dealers! You get more at a auction, double if you sell yourselves! They keep sending emails and you can NOT unsubscribe! Avoid at all costs!

visited Ridenow Powersport Concord to look at the Kawasaki golf cart. I called and asked for price over the phone. Sale man said no, he could not provide price over the phone, but its website advertise it for $7100. I showed up in person and was introduced to a young sale man that appeared to have no knowledge of golfcart. After getting my information, this young sale man introduced me to sale manager, who asked for my offer. He came back shortly after with a proposal of a total $20K on a golf cart's sticker price of $7100. I refused and re counter offered with 9K, including my trade in. Another sale manager showed up and said , " i'll be back". After another 1 hours of waiting, no answer. Finally, this same sale manager returned and said : "i can't do it". In conclusion, Ridenow concord is the worse dealer ship I 've never been in my life. Bad sale tactic, young inexperience sale people with low experience and bad customer service. I think people should know this before giving business to them. Please , management need to train their sale staff better in negotiating tactic, market value, price with current street value, not some " destination fee" or installing fees. Ridenow Concord will loose its customers very soon
