RideNow Power Sports management team in…
RideNow Power Sports management team in Chandler Arizona is the most disappointing business experience I have ever had to deal with. I bought a new SeaDoo from a local RideNow dealer in Dallas, Texas. The deal was made due to the price. The logistics of paperwork and taking delivery were more of an issue. Due to the lack of training from Headquarters in Arizona the local team had a great deal of difficulty doing the paperwork correctly and on time. That was disappointing but nothing compared to the work of the Service Department as I tried to take delivery. The unit was not prepped before I took it home resulting in having to bring it back. While the Service Department had it the second time they damaged the SeaDoo by not adjusting the bunks and allowing it to rest on the trailer crossmember, sustaining damage. Not trusting the local dealer at this point, I tried to contact the Management team in Chandler, Arizona. After getting a runaround and no response for over 6 weeks, I started calling the 2 corporate numbers a few times a day. Shortly after that RideNow PowerSports proceeded to block my number. The menu would come up as to what department I wanted, then when selecting it the recorded message would come up. The number you selected is either disconnected or out of service. For every department. Really? How juvenile can a major corporation be? All I wanted was an acknowledgement and a bit of an apology. The worse powersports dealer on earth. Terrible management style and culture.
