over $2000 in junk fees - have to play hard ball to make them remove them
UPDATE: After I left this review i got a call from them and they agteed to remove most fo the fees. I don't know if it was related to the review or just me saying no to them? So I revised this to a 3 star based on the fact that you can negotiate away the nosie. Saw an ad for a bike and called in. I got a recording so i clicked on the ad in the website and got a callback the next morning. The guy confirmed they had the bike. He wanted to value my trade so i sent him all the info. No response for several hours so i tried calling back and no one was ever available to speak. When they did finally call me back the price was somehow over $2000 more. i asked to explain why and he rattled off crazy stuff like an 1100 bike checkout fee, a $500 battery warranty fee and over 500 documentation fees. I told him i live out of state and dont want his battery warranty and thats when he told me the fees are non negotiable. So be aware they will charge you $2000 in bogus junk fees that you cant avoid. I am going elsewhere and never going back.
