At first i was being sceptical about the trailrush as if it will meet my expectation, but it did! Alot of power climbing up through hills with it’s powerful motor. Components are good enough to perform with your needs. I am satisfied with the performance so far and hopefully the coming years of trail use.

I was actually very close to buying another e-bike brand before choosing the Ride1Up Portola 02, and this experience made me very glad I went with Ride1Up. Shortly after receiving my bike, I ran into an unusually difficult front tire/tube issue. The tire was extremely tight and I eventually reached the point where I could no longer remove it myself. Thomas from Ride1Up Customer Support was excellent throughout the entire process. He helped me troubleshoot the problem, provided a video and repair suggestions, recommended local bike shops when it became clear that I needed professional help, and arranged for a replacement tube to be sent to me. I ended up taking the bike to a local shop because I wanted to get back on the road as soon as possible. The shop charged extra fee in labor because the tire was unusually difficult to work with. After I submitted the receipt, Thomas helped me get the full labor cost reimbursed. Even better, the replacement tube Ride1Up had already shipped was still allowed to be kept as a spare for the future. This is exactly the kind of after-sales support I was hoping for when buying an e-bike. Problems can happen with any product; what matters to me is how the company responds when something does go wrong. In this case, Ride1Up handled it extremely well. A special thank you to Thomas for being responsive, reasonable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. This experience has definitely increased my confidence in Ride1Up, and their customer support will absolutely be a factor when I buy another e-bike in the future.

Ordering process was very easy. The bike arrived well packaged and damage free. Assembly went well with only a small adjustment on the dropper post needed. This is my first dropper post so I called the support line and they quickly squared me away on the simple adjustment. Im really pleased with the ride quality of it. Looking forward to exploring new places with it. It has all the power I need for touring off road. Love the motor!!!

Very well made bike with quality components. Light enough to carry up basement steps and strong enough to get me up a 1 mile long 10% grade hill. Battery holds a charge longer than I need it for multiple rides.

The bike is amazing for the price! Decent sram apex components! Ive owned multiple bikes and set many up for tubeless and the wheels on this bike were apparently taped perfectly! Had no issues with losing pressure other than normal. The e assist definitely makes a difference! I would definitely buy this brand again!

Purchase two Roadster V3 for my wife's birthday/26th anniversary. Both came very quickly at the earlier of the estimated shipment range. I received shipment updates via email and FedEx as well as instructions on next steps and assembly. Once the two bikes arrived, they were easy to put together with the tools that were provided. My neighbor is a bike enthusiast and provided me with a torque wrench (very useful to prevent over-tightening of the screws). He also commented on the value of the bikes and how well they appear. I had no problems following instructions and checking for any issues per the prior emails. I ran into a small problem with the seat clamp screw breaking. I called support. They advised me to complete the support form and provide photos and other information. I completed the submission and they processed the request. I received the part the next day in time for my wife's special day. Unfortunately it rained all day so other than taking a ride to verify the assembly (yesterday), I was not able to go for the long ride with my wife today; hopefully no rain tomorrow. Both bikes ran well when I tested them briefly and I am encouraged that everything appears in order after the shipment and assembly. I will know more soon, but expect smooth sailing! Ride1Up was very professional and helpful and the purchase, delivery, and assembly went smoothly. Omar (customer support) was very helpful and made my experience very positive.

Shipping was fast and assembly was straight forward. A beautiful bike and is far above its price point. If you are on the fence just get it! You'll be happy you did! Customer service is great too, had a question and had an answer in less than 24 hours.

Great bike and easy to assemble. Love the back seat option. Off road mode is great.
