Ordered aan paid full price for a bike September 12, it is now October 20, no bike and Zero updates or communication. When I canceled the order today they said I’d be charged 3% for a transaction fee. $37 for them to hold my money for 5 weeks. what a joke of a company

They don't stand behind their bikes
Customer service is slow and unhelpful, and company does not stand behind their bikes. I purchased a Vorsa at the end of August 2026. Since purchase, it has had three significant defects. The third defect occurred outside of their initial 30-day warranty period by a few days. Support has been asking me for more and more evidence of the defect, when it is obvious that there is a major electrical malfunction with the bike. Their "troubleshooting" process is just an attempt to frustrate the consumer into paying for repairs themselves. They have not offered any real solutions and do not stand behind their product. I will not be purchasing from them again.

When the product arrives damaged ride1 up want you to live with the damages and dents right out of the box
Really wanted to like this bike, looked great online and Ride1up partners with Flex and was able to buy it with my HSA, all that was great after delivery the mess started, boxes arrived like it had it was opened before it got to me, made Ride1up aware about this, they said it was fine. Before taking the bike out I noticed scratches on the top of the rack so I decided to look closer and broken headlight, cable broken from right brake handle, wheel with a big dent. Let Ride1up know about this situation and they did provide a credit, I did mention to them I wanted a replacement wheel and that when everything changed, I made it clear that I was not willing to accept damage parts, they insisted it’s still functional and no replacement they won’t even exchange the damage part. Did I mention it arrived with no keys to the bike. This was a complete mess of a purchase that is going to cost me $250 so they can take back. Maybe it doesn’t happen that often but what if this does happen to you. Bike is going back to Ride1up. Thank you and hope this was helpful.

4 weeks in and still don't have a working bike..... purchase with caution if you want a new bike to work on delivery
Wish I could give a feedback on the Vorsa bike. Bike was ordered 4 weeks ago and was delivered with multiple parts that were not working properly. After becoming a part time service tech and endless emails later I finally received the replacements parts. Now I get to find a local bike shop that is hopefully willing to work on the bike at the approved price that Ride1Up agrees to pay (requires approval before work can be completed). Extremely disappointing and frustrating process on what I had hoped would be a better purchase than an Amazon bike. For my troubles I have not been offered a compensation and just continue to be told that it is in the purchase agreement. Hard to recommend and hope to some day have a working bike that I paid good money for.

Don't buy this bike!
I purchased four Vorsa bikes, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Two of the four bikes arrived with shipping damage right out of the box. While I expected a few minor adjustments during assembly, I did not expect to receive damaged products. To make matters worse, the derailleur on a third bike failed after only the second ride, making it unusable.
At first glance, these bikes look great. They have an attractive design and appear to offer good value. However, the quality of the components does not match the appearance. Based on my experience, the parts are not durable enough to withstand normal use.
A big frustration has been the customer service—or lack of it. When you spend thousands of dollars on multiple bikes, you expect the company to stand behind its products. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I had high hopes for Vorsa, but after receiving damaged bikes, experiencing an early component failure, and being unable to get meaningful support, I cannot recommend this brand. If you're considering purchasing a Vorsa bike, I would suggest looking at other manufacturers that offer better quality control and responsive customer service.

I've had issues from the beginning
I've had issues from the beginning. Every issue involves dealing with the the poor designs and cheap components. Things look sleek out of the package, but hidden damages, defects, and poor design will be the beginning of your headache. Not too mention their customer service is useless, and you're lucky to get a response in 48 hours.
Ride1Up responded publicly claiming this is "likely" just a failed cadence sensor and that the bike isn't poorly designed. That ignores the actual history of this bike. In three years I've already had two controller failures, one motor replacement, brake failures, and now a pedal assist failure, all before 450 miles. The condition of the bike is Used - Like new.
Support has repeatedly thrown me for a loop. The founder immediately jumped in to respond to my review and support email thread, then gives the conversation back to the original support member after not hearing anything for another 24 hours.
I have familiarized myself with this bike after multiple major component failures, and every mechanic resource has agreed with me on the design aspect. I'm not willing to continue paying for replacement parts on a bike with this track record. Judge for yourself, but my experience has been that the advertised value disappears shortly after receiving the bike. For me, it started after 25 miles on the bike.

Worst Bike Rack Ever
Received a bike rack for my awesome Revv1 FS. It was missing parts. They sent me a new one (wasn’t great customer service). The new part didn’t integrate quite right. I stripped the hardware trying to get it on. Now I have a partially assembled, dangly, unusable bike rack attached to my bike. Wish I would have never purchased. Will cost me more to fix than the rack cost itself.
