Even the email solicited in the survey quotes 28 mph for the top speed of the road but that’s simply just not true. Electrical assist stops at 20. The motor and drive train are brilliant, the battery is perfect for the slender design. The bike looks great and I get a lot of compliments on it. My only gripe is that it doesn’t go faster like it’s advertised.

Ride1Up builds surprisingly high quality bikes of all kinds. I've owned a Roadster V.2 and now have the excellent Revv1 FS that I'm breaking in and accessorizing. They have strong customer support and seem to almost anticipate my questions. The only very minor issue I've had concerns a rear rack for my Revv1: it arrived missing a critical part, a complicated custom two piece bolt, which they have been unable to supply for several weeks. The rack was unusable without this bolt designed to make the final attachment to the bike frame. (Hint, a stainless steel 4.5" x 5/16" bolt and Nylock nut work fine). They are a top notch e-bike provider! When I shop for a new bike, this is the first place I look.

great product - quick shipping. note to future buyers, if you have a Prodigy the V2 Prodigy is not the same bike as the V1. rider position is not as upright as its predecessor.

I just purchased my second ride1up e-bike from Eforce bicycles in Colorado. They provided excellent customer service. I love my bikes,I use them for daily. Gives me a care free unstressed way to start my day commuting to work. E biking saves me so much time, it's so fun it makes me take the long way around seeing things I would never see otherwise. Keep up the great work, keep designing and innovating🪷

Really like the Vorsa. Assembly was strait forward and nothing a novice shouldn't attempt. Plenty of online help and illustrated instructions. Love the menu options to select either Class 1, 2 or 3. Like the idea of taking it off the beaten track for off road adventures. Planning on buying a second battery for long hauls. A bit heavy but it rides fairly nimble! It's my second E Bike and I want another one from Ride One Up! Highly recommended.

though i haven’t road very many e-bikes i can say from what i have my 500 series 1up e-bike hands down best over all experience in my experiences on e-bikes. i got it used non working order. it had been in a pretty severe accident and was to say the least not taken care of in the slightest. took a bit of research and hands on with it but it rides now. definitely worth my time and efforts and price paid for the bike.

Bought a Vorsa last year, so far so good. The battery is great, I've gotten 50-60 miles out of mine easily (on fairly flat terrain though) when starting at 100% charge. First thing to know, the front shock is absolutely not sufficient for hard use, which they do point out -- this is no MTB. Controls are solid, easy to read/see, brakes work well. It's heavy, so if you are going to be regularly carrying your e-bike up stairs, maybe consider a lighter model. The tires it came with were sub-par in every way. The sidewalls were so thin that the tire was practically coming off the rim on hard turns. I swapped them out for Maxxis Hookworms and it rides like a different bike after the upgrade. For the price, I do think this bike delivers a lot of features and I have no regrets buying it. R1U: put better tires on this thing

Great bike but had immediate issues with the rear brake not working and a flat tire less than 3 months after purchase. Ok instructions on set. Now that the bugs are worked out the bike is really nice to ride.
