So far this bike has been doing a solid job. It’s not as powerful as my wife’s ebike but it feels like I’m riding a bike. Getting 30 miles per charge but also towing a dog trailer. I am worried about the ip rating. Ride1up lists this as big enough for a 74” rider but it isn’t. At least not as configured. The 350mm seat tube is probably only good enough for someone like 5’9”. The seat is a weird combo of kind of bike seat shaped but too big and soft to pedal efficiently and not futon sized like some. I don’t like it. It puts my weight on my glutes not my sit bones.

Shipping was ultra-quick. Packing was secure, Assembly was easy using Ride1Up’s video instructions. Front brake disc is not centered between brake pads and rubs slightly. There’s a bit of creaking or clicking in pedals when climbing hills. I really like how light weight the bike is. In a few weeks of riding, have yet to use pedal assist. Only the boost throttle, which surprisingly pulls my 210 lbs easily. I’ve looked, researched, and thought of an e-bike purchase for years. So glad that I waited and went along with the Roadster. Superior build for the $$’s!!

Well. I had difficulty connecting the controller cable to the battery cable . I tried with fingers and failed . Logged a ticket and then called customer support. The technician explained that it’s a common issue but that most people were able to connect after trying a second or third time by pushing much harder. I achieved a connection by using a set of needle nose pliers to grab both ends and much harder . I also loosened the container screws to allow more slack . Everything else was a no brainer for assembly . I have used the bike on mostly pavers surfaces albeit rough potholes and the 40cc tires have performed well. The only issue now after two weeks of use is that the derailleur will require adjusting as there is now a bit of an alignment issue with the last 3 larger cassette rings and the the smallest one as my chain has dropped off twice now while on rides. I have tried many settings for the rider assist and all have performed well. Can get at least 40 miles of battery on settings 1-3. Settings 4-5 do suck the battery a lot som glad I ordered the additional battery for my longer rides of 50-70 miles. But overall I’m pleased with the sleek design and the performance. Most people I meet on group rides can’t tell it’s an e-bike.

I really enjoy the fact that the V3 is at its core a bicycle. I have been using it to commute to work. My trip into the office is about 8 miles, but includes about 1 mile at 6% gradient. I am an avid cyclist, but no way I could make that commute on my road bike as effortlessly as I can with the V3. Only one small gripe. I wish the display included a clock!

The bike looks and feels great. The Mivice system with torque sensor provides a very natural ride. There is a bit of wobble from the rear wheel when turning at speed.

I LOVE my Roadster V3!! I was looking for a bike that did not look like an ebike but had some extra zip to help me get around traffic. This bike exceeded my expectations! It's fast while still being nimble, it's light enough that I can carry it up and down stairs if the need arises and it looks cool! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because one of the tapped bolt holes for the optional rear rack that I ordered stripped out while trying to assemble.

Assembly did not go well so ended up taking it to a bike shop. Tech support was unable to help. The bike seems to function well. Have only had it a few months so can't speak to longevity of the bike. The seat was hard as a rock so will have to spend more money to get a comfortable seat which should come with the bike. Love the blue color.

I like everything about the bike except that the front wheel is not trued and has a bit of a wobble... I have bought the tools to fix it but I shouldn't have had to. Apart from that it is the best bike for exercise that I could have gotten. I use it all the time.
